The Equipment Finance team specializes in senior secured, term equipment financings with transaction sizes typically ranging from $250,000 to $10,000,000 depending upon the characteristics of each transaction. Transaction terms range from 2 to 10 years for most collateral types and structures. Transactions structures include Term Loans, Conditional Sales contracts, True Leases, Recapitalizations, Sale-Leasebacks and TRAC Leases.
