ORIX Capital Markets' CMBS team manages a proprietary portfolio of non-investment grade commercial mortgage-backed securities ("CMBS") where ORIX Capital Markets can act as special servicer and utilize its underwriting and workout skills to enhance the performance and value of these securities.

 

The CMBS team employs a disciplined risk management strategy. Rigorous credit underwriting and stressed market valuation analysis are performed with every transaction. The CMBS team has also developed a powerful database tool to facilitate the continuous surveillance on the bond performance and the underlying collateral pool performance.
